A clear first step

    Start With a Case Analysis

Before anyone quotes you a resolution fee, you need to know what the IRS actually has on file. A Case Analysis pulls your transcripts, reads the collection posture, and tells you which options are open to you — in writing.

    What happens first

    What a Case Analysis is

    01

    Transcript pull.

We file Form 8821 and obtain your account, wage and income, and return transcripts directly from the IRS.

    02

    Collection posture read.

What has been assessed, which years are unfiled, where the CSED sits, what enforcement has been issued, and what the next IRS action is likely to be.

    03

    Written findings.

A written Case Analysis identifying which resolution options you qualify for, and what each would require of you.

Form 8821 gives us permission to receive your IRS information. It does not let us speak or act for you. That is Form 2848, and it is a separate, later step you authorize yourself.

What comes next — Phases 2 and 3

Phase 2 — Collection Information Statement.

Priced by the form your case requires:

    • Form 433-F — $350–$750
    • Form 433-A — $750–$1,500
    • Form 433-B — $1,000–$2,000

Phase 3 — Resolution. Choose one:

Option A — Do-it-yourself roadmap. We give you the filled analysis and step-by-step instructions; you file. Flat fee, quoted after Phase 2.

Option B — We prepare the filings. We prepare and submit the resolution filings. Quoted by case.

Option C — Representation. Everything in Option B plus representation before the IRS under Form 2848. +$1,000 added to Option B. Not sold on its own.

Each phase is quoted and paid before work begins, and you may stop after any phase. You are never enrolled in the next phase automatically.

Please do not send SSN, ITIN, EIN, date of birth, bank information, or tax documents.

Submitting this form does not create a CPA-client relationship and is not representation before the IRS. Representation begins only after a signed engagement letter and, where applicable, an accepted Form 2848. We will not use or disclose your tax return information for any purpose other than responding to this request without your written consent under IRC §7216.

    Questions, answered

What is the difference between Form 8821 and Form 2848?

Form 8821 gives us permission to receive your IRS information. It does not let us speak or act for you. Form 2848 is a separate authorization for representation.

Why do I have to pay before you look at my case?

The Case Analysis is a defined first phase of work. Each phase is quoted and paid before work begins, so you can decide whether to continue after receiving the findings.

Does the Case Analysis fee come off my resolution fee?

Your Case Analysis fee is credited in full toward your Phase 2 fee if you proceed. The credit is capped at the Phase 2 fee and is not refundable in cash.

Can you stop a wage garnishment or bank levy?

Procedurally available options depend on the notice, account transcripts, tax periods, and the collection posture. A Case Analysis identifies which options are open to you and what each would require.

What if I have unfiled returns?

Unfiled returns limit nearly every resolution option available to you. The Case Analysis identifies the unfiled periods shown by your transcripts and what must be addressed.

Do I have to come to the Irving office?

No. The process can be handled remotely. Our office is at 4425 West Airport Freeway, Suite 595, Irving, TX 75062.
