    The Process

    How Resolution Works

A clear, structured process from first call to final resolution.

    STEP 01

    Free Case Analysis

We review your IRS transcript, notices, and financial situation. You'll know exactly where you stand and what options are available — before paying anything.

    STEP 02

    Stop the Bleeding

We immediately halt or prevent enforcement actions — levies, garnishments, and liens — using Collection Due Process rights, holds, and direct IRS negotiation.

    STEP 03

    Build Your Strategy

Every case gets a custom resolution strategy. We analyze your Reasonable Collection Potential (RCP), penalty history, and financial profile to find the best path.

    STEP 04

    Negotiate & Represent

We handle all IRS communication. You never speak to the IRS directly. We negotiate your settlement, payment plan, or penalty abatement with our credentials behind you.

    STEP 05

    Resolution & Compliance

Once resolved, we ensure you stay compliant going forward — no missed filings, no new balances. Most resolutions are permanent when terms are followed.

    Our Process

Three Phases. You Can Stop After Any of Them.

Each phase is quoted and paid before work begins. You decide whether to continue to the next one.

    PHASE 1

    Transcripts and Diagnosis

We pull your IRS transcripts under Form 8821 and tell you what is actually happening on your account. Free if you supply complete transcripts yourself.

Standard diagnosis $150 per tax year. Complex or urgent matters $497.

The $497 tier covers final notices (LT11, Letter 1058, CP90), bank levies, wage garnishment, property seizure, Offers in Compromise, appeals, Collection Due Process hearings, payroll tax matters, Trust Fund Recovery Penalty, and audits or examinations.

    PHASE 2

    Collection Information Statement

We prepare the financial disclosure the IRS requires to evaluate any resolution option. Priced by which form applies to your case.

    Form 433-F $350–$750. Form 433-A $750–$1,500. Form 433-B $1,000–$2,000.

    PHASE 3

    Resolution

    Three options. You choose.

Option A: Do-it-yourself roadmap — we tell you exactly what to file and how. Flat fee, quoted to your case.

Option B: We prepare and submit the resolution filings. Quoted by case.

Option C: Representation before the IRS under Form 2848. Added to Option B at +$1,000. Not available as a standalone service.

Final fee depends on case complexity, number of tax years involved, balance owed, whether enforcement action is active, and the condition of your records. Scope and fee are confirmed in a written engagement letter before work begins.

Form 8821 vs. Form 2848 — the difference matters

Form 8821 is a Tax Information Authorization. It lets us see your IRS account. It does not let us speak or act for you. Form 2848 is a Power of Attorney. It authorizes us to represent you before the IRS — to negotiate, to respond, and to appear on your behalf. Phase 1 and Phase 2 use Form 8821. Representation begins only under Form 2848, only in Phase 3 Option C, and only after a signed engagement letter.

Results vary by taxpayer and depend on individual facts, IRS determinations, and applicable law. We do not promise any specific resolution outcome, settlement amount, or acceptance of any offer. Published fees are honored for at least 30 days following the last date of publication.
